I just bought the iPhone 15 max Pro. Ive had it since late September and two times already the phone has frozen to where I cannot restart nor do anything on the screen but change my background picture I tried to voice command a restart did not work the first time it was frozen for about 20 minutes. The second time I was at work and it was frozen. I could not do anything I had to leave flashlight on and let the phone die to restart it. I tried holding the buttons to reset it that way it did not work is anybody else having this problem?

gaslight. you know as well as i a forced restart is not fixing the issues being described here longer term. but while you’re making recommendations how long do you suggest we wait prior to opening a warranty claim?

Try a forced restart to see if the issues persist

Press and quickly release the volume up button.Press and quickly release the volume down button.Press and hold the side button.

Just Bought a new iPhone 15 yesterday at Pentagon City, VA, it has frozen twice in 15 hours, screen blurs can not turn off however volume up and down then power button turns it off and resets it. Seeing the many comments here it is obviously a fairly serious flaw.

My phone was pre-ordered one, I waited for 2 months and was so excited about it. I've been using just almost 2 months and it has frozen several times, and the keyboard is soooo slowww, I'd never had these problems with any other iPhones before but this, so disappointed. Such a waste of money 🥲 At least I hope they would read our reviews and exchange a better one for us 🙂

Ugh, mine just did this and thank god for this forum. I was able to unlock, move about on the screens and open the apps, but they wouldn't load and I couldn't get into anything. definitely that hard reset helped but will this happen again :( Thanks!!

have had issues w this model freezing since purchase (unit was pre-ordered). it’s certainly associated with gps usage in my case, really strange. i’m left to assume the data being gathered by the sensors is overloading the systems ram. appears apple pushed this phone out to public too early. the fix for me is about 15-30 minutes of inactivity. it’s ridiculous.

I called support on this just to make sure they knew.. didn't take long so maybe everyone with this issue should do so. just keep track of which app it happens on..mine happened mostly in iMessage so they can't blame an outside app..

I’ve seen this issues 3 or 4 times.

And even when I’ve done a “hard reset”

not just a power cycle

it’s still frozen when the device powers on. And because these phones are so new I’m forced to send them to Apple.

I feel helpless.

I am also facing the freezing and hang issue . Just 2 weeks back I purchased iPhone 15 pro max 1 tb . This is very disappointing. Even the clarity of the pics are not so good the way it should be ….. when it’s zoomed the clarity is pathetic …… I don’t want to name other mobile company but those are far better . Its really not worth ……. Unhappy ☹️ below expectation ……

I have the latest iPhone 15 pro max it has terrible jerking when scrolling and freezes all the time plus goes landscape and then freezes. Every solution offered doesn’t work restarting does for 10 minutes holding in the buttons and letting go doesn’t work and this happens with nothing open such as other pages it’s beyond annoying .

Hi I got my iPhone 15 pro max and it kept glitching and pushing different buttons it locked me out of my one Apple account. And it deleted my eSIM twice for no reason and locks itself from pushing wrong buttons. It doesn’t do it all the time but it does do it. And it won’t Bluetooth to different devices but not all of them and their brand new devices. The WiFi is fine perfect but hotspot you have to fight it to sync but I can get it but blue tooth it won’t I tried everything. And I think my phone with my iMei number are hacked and theirs malware or something. It’s two months old and I need help. This is my only device Apple please. I do have apple care and I called a lot about my problems and I tried to make the phone work because I don’t want to switch everything. I hate doing that.
