General Tso’s Chicken Wings are a delicious twist on the Chinese favorite, they’re the perfect appetizer for game day or parties!
Happy Monday everyone! I’m about to head over to see my friends at San Diego 6 News to host a live cooking segment all about Chinese appetizer recipes that are perfect for celebrating Super Bowl & the Chinese New Year! On the news segment, I’ll be whipping up Chicken Fried Rice Egg Rolls, Chinese Orange Glazed Meatballs and these delicious General Tso Chicken Wings!
These wings are given a light spice rub, grilled, then tossed in a flavorful General Tso’s sauce recipe. They’re simple, delicious, and the perfect app for game days, parties or Chinese New Year celebrations!
The best part about this recipe has to be the sauce. It’s mostly spicy, with a little sweetness and a ton of flavor!Over the years, I’ve used this sauce to makeGeneral Tso’s Cauliflower,Gluten Free General Tso’s ChickenandGeneral Tso’s Shrimp and Broccoli.
You can actually double, or triple, the sauce ingredients in this recipe. Keep the extra sauce on hand to make more chicken, shrimp or cauliflower throughout the week. The sauce will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
